PM-Ruination1-1
After all this time, someone noticed that the last released version of Ruination, PM-ruination1-1.nrf, was not listed in the files here. This has been fixed. Please download it!

CTF-Highlands Screenshots
Ace has released a rather nice collection of screenshots summarizing the Christmas map CTF-Highlands over at the NAB Forums. Do have a look!

Merry Christmas
Of course! How could we have a holiday without some special map released just for the occassion? Check the maps page now and pick up CTF-Highlands, my contribution for the season. Be sure to also download mgfxs3d_tex.utx, which is required.
I've also added several other maps to the maps list, including PM-OutcastFacility, which someone mentioned was missing, and requested. THanks for telling me!
WHOOPS! Apparently, CTF-highlands also requires the Hubble.utx texture package I made, which is also available now on the textures page.

New Server Up
I have finally launched my dedicated server, in anticipation of leaving on patrol once again. I'm not sure if it'll go down like last time or not, but I've got it set to restart every day, roughly at 2 PM EST. This is the current map rotation:
PMX-Luna
PM-Sky
PM-Barracuda
PM-Asteroid
PMX-Orbital
PM-Inferno3
PM-InjectorRemix
PM-Vulcanizer
PM-UrbanTerrorRemix
PM-Ruination1-1
PM-OutcastFacility
PMX2-Luna

CTF 2.0
Ace has completed the new version of CTF, v2.0, with tons of bug fixes, and overall enhancements to gameplay. This goes right along with...
CTF-Techcomb
Ever wonder what the aliens were trying to capture bits of Earth for in PM-Techcomb and PM-Techcomb2 anyway? Download CTF-Techcomb.zip and find out in the readme file :-). Also, the map in the zip file isn't half bad either...
July 19, 2003 SECOND UPDATE - SLAM
DOH!
Thanks goes out to Sahib, who was the first to inform me that the zip file I released of CTF-Psi was corrupt. The correct file has been uploaded, and is ready for play.

I'm off!
Okay, I'm leaving for a little vacation, and while I'm gone, I'm leaving a system up running a dedicated NAB server. Overall, I've gotten good reports about the server's speed, now I just need to test its reliability. I haven't had time to set up anything complex for restarting the system at a certain time, so I'm just going to be starting the server this morning, and letting it run for the next two weeks. If it crashes, it crashes. Otherwise, enjoy the game :-). The server is called "SLAM'S Furious Fun," and it's a run through some of the better fast-paced maps, in hardcore mode, with the gamespeed at 110%.

CTF-Psi
Ay, what a mistake! I finished this map up late last night, only to somehow forget to put it online :-). CTF-Psi is based on my original map RedPsi...but I can't call it that now because it's got both red and blue! You likely won't think you're playing the same map. I changed a lot of things about it, and it's going to make for many interesting games. Look for it in the maps section, or just click here to download it. It should be hosted on Sahib's CTF Server soon.
An additional thanks
Something I forgot to add in yesterday, I wanted to thank Tmon and Tux for their site, where I was able to download the entire archive of maps to populate this server's folders. Their server was up to the task, and happily sent me every NAB map without skipping a beat.

Back online!
At last, I sat down, and in one fell swoop, got this site back up! It was difficult and required ten solid hours of work, but...here it is (don't worry, the PotU will be back, just not yet ;-)). None too soon to announce several things...
Future Nerf
For those of you who didn't see the update at SLAMCentral.com...look at it :-). No, really, about Future Nerf, I've decided that it simply can't continue as it has been. I messed way too many things up. That's the reason I'm starting back at the beginning, revising the story, changing a few things, making corrections...I really can't beleive I released it the way it was. I guess I was in too big a hurry. At any rate, the Future Nerf site (yes, it will have its own site now, because it's going to be growing a great deal) will be hosted here. It's not up yet, but there is, however, the Future Nerf Reference, the basis of my revision project. This is a guide I made for both myself (so I don't screw anything else up by remembering things wrong) and for anyone who wants to add on to the story in their own way.
Capture the Flag
Ace has done it! Our resident Unrealscript genius has worked out all the bugs (as far as we know) and released CTF v1.0! It can be acquired at his site or Sahib's Place...but why, when you can get it here :-)? Check under Mods/Mutators. I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding it.
